研制出低能耗及快速热稳定型声光调Q全固态绿光激光器,应用专门研制的双控驱动器(DCD),使全固态绿激光器能耗减少50%以上,主要部件温升减少10℃以上,达到热稳定的时间减少到22%,用1 W的LD抽运,得到了脉宽14.5 ns、峰值功率1 kW的无寄生脉冲的绿激光输出。
A low energy consumption and fast thermal stable acousto-optic Q-Q all-solid-state green laser was developed. The dual-control driver (DCD) was developed to reduce the energy consumption of the all-solid-state green laser by more than 50% , The time to thermal stability was reduced to 22%. Using a 1 W LD pump, a green laser output with no spurious pulses of 14.5 ns pulse width and 1 kW peak power was obtained.
