上个世纪90年代,中国政府制定了世纪末《中国妇女发展纲要》和《中国儿童发展纲要》,两个纲要的目标绝大部分已经实现。在新的世纪刚刚开始的时候,新的“两纲”又制定出来,中国妇女和儿童今后10年的发展有了新目标。
In the 1990s, the Chinese government formulated the “Outline for the Development of Chinese Women” and the “Outline for the Development of Children in China” by the end of the century. Most of the goals of the two programs have been fulfilled. At the very beginning of the new century, the new “two programs” have been formulated and new goals have been set for the development of Chinese women and children in the coming 10 years.
