通过对夏枯草Prunella vulgaris及其混用品山菠菜P.asiatica、硬毛夏枯草P.hispida药用部位果穗的外部形态以及显微组织结构的观察,可依据苞片和花萼的形态、毛被类型、花萼内表皮细胞壁是否增厚、小坚果内果皮石细胞形态以及种皮表皮层细胞壁上弧形条纹状增厚程度等方面进行鉴别。
By observing the external morphology and microstructure of Prunella vulgaris, its mixed parts, P.asiatica and P.hispida, the appearance of the ear and the microstructure can be based on the morphological and type of the sepal and calyx. Whether the cell wall of the epidermis in the calyx is thickened, the morphology of the pericarp cells in the small nut, and the degree of arc-shaped streak-like thickening on the cell wall of the epidermis are differentiated.
