一、前言技术创新是提高企业核心竞争力的基本途径,其受到各种条件的制约。第一,资金、人力、物力投入,加之回报周期和成功机率,且可能会对正常生产造成影响,造成企业创新动力不足。第二,施工企业的创新在很大程度上依赖于建筑材料和施工机械的创新,因此,创新主要体现在工法上。第三,技术创新与人的认识水平、知识水平、创新方法等有关。第四,创新还受到环境、文化、市场等条件的限制。
I. INTRODUCTION Technological innovation is the basic way to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. It is subject to various conditions. First, capital, manpower and material resources, coupled with the return cycle and probability of success, may have an impact on normal production, resulting in a lack of motivation for enterprise innovation. Second, the innovation of construction enterprises relies heavily on the innovation of construction materials and construction machinery. Therefore, innovation is mainly reflected in the construction methods. Third, technological innovation is related to the level of human cognition, knowledge and innovation. Fourth, innovation is also subject to environmental, cultural, market and other conditions.
