实验用53只易卒中自发性高血压鼠(SHRSP)分二批进行,喂饲地龙饲料和对照饲料以观察地龙对SHRSP卒中危险因素的影响。结果提示:地龙饲料在不影响SHRSP体重的情况下可降低SHRSP血压;改善血管壁弹性;断裂负荷主动脉湿重比(g拉力/mg主动脉湿重)地龙组7.7±0.4而对照组6.8±0.1(P<0.01),最大负荷主动脉湿重比(g拉力/mg主动脉湿重)地龙组3.5±0.6而对照组2.6±0.1(P<0.05);降低心体重比(mg心肌/g体重×10~(-3):地龙组4.70±0.30而对照组4.94±0.24(p<0.05);增加肾体重比(mg肾/g体重×10~(-3)):地龙组4.65±0.33而对照组3.90±0.38(P<0001);此外地龙组还具有利钠利尿及降低甘油三酯作用,由上提示地龙可能对预防SHRSP卒中发生有一定作用。
Fifty-three SHRSP-induced spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHRSP) were randomly divided into two batches. The two groups were fed with ground-based diet and control diet to observe the effects of dragons on the risk factors of SHRSP stroke. The results showed that: earthworm feed can reduce the SHRSP blood pressure without affecting the weight of SHRSP; improve the elasticity of blood vessel wall; fracture load aortic wet weight ratio (g pull / mg aortic wet weight) 6.8 ± 0.1 (P <0.01), the maximal load aortic wet weight ratio (g pull / mg aortic wet weight) was 3.6 ± 0.6 in control group and 2.6 ± 0.1 in control group (P <0.05) Myocardium / g body weight × 10-3: 4.70 ± 0.30 in Drangone group and 4.94 ± 0.24 in control group (p <0.05); Increased renal weight ratio (mg / g body weight × 10-3) Dragon’s group 4.65 ± 0.33 while the control group 3.90 ± 0.38 (P <0001); In addition, the dragon group also has natriuretic and lower triglyceride, suggesting that the dragon may prevent SHRSP stroke to some extent.
