2000年新通过的婚姻法第一次规定了家务财产补偿制度,逐步实现了我们国家婚姻法律制度和国际接轨的目标,也引起了法学家们的诸多关注。家务财产补偿制度的确立,有助于社会公平理念在局部性的实现,也有助于家庭观念的增强。但我国目前所规定的家务补偿制度在许多方面需要检讨与完善,以更好地促进该制度功能的发挥。
The new marriage law passed in 2000 stipulated for the first time a compensation system for housework property and gradually realized the goal of our national marriage legal system and its international standards. It also aroused much attention of jurists. The establishment of the household property compensation system contributes to the realization of the social fairness concept in localities as well as to the enhancement of family values. However, the current system of household compensation stipulated in our country needs to be reviewed and improved in many aspects so as to better promote the function of the system.
