目的探讨老年人肺炎的临床特点。方法选择2009-2010年在我院住院的58例老年人肺炎患者。根据病史,体证,X线胸片,血常规。痰培养等进行分析结果。老年人肺炎的临床表现常不典型,加之基础疾病症状的遮盖肺炎易于漏诊而延误治疗。结论老年人肺炎的临床症状不典型,诊断较复杂,必须结合病史。临床表现,胸X线片,血常规,痰培养等综合分析做出诊断。
