山楂果为蔷薇科植物野山楂(Crataegus cuneata)的果实,具有助消化作用,用于治疗肉食停积和由消化不良引起的腹泻;降低血中胆固醇及抗动脉粥样硬化,抑制血栓素A_2的生物合成,用于治疗心血管疾病。本次从野山楂果实中分得1种命名为野山楂醇(cuneataol)的新三萜化合物。 野山楂果粉末1.0kg用甲醇回流提取2次,浓缩后得331.1g提取物,经Diaion HP-20柱,以水→100％甲醇洗脱得到7个部分,第5部分(甲醇洗脱,9.0g)经Sephadex LH-20柱以甲醇-氯仿(9:1)洗
