[目的]评价水稻新品种吉粳112的品质性状。[方法]介绍了吉粳112的选育经过,评价了其特征特性,分析了该品种的产量、抗性及品质表现。[结果]吉粳112的优点表现为:①高产,省区域试验、生产试验比对照平均增产4.5%和5.2%;②优质,12项检测指标中有4项达到国家部颁1级优质米标准,综合评定是三等食用稻品种;③抗倒性强,灌浆速度快,抗稻瘟病性强,适应性广。[结论]吉粳112虽然综合性状较好,但米质尚未达到国家部颁1级优质米标准,有待进一步改良。
[Objective] The research aimed to evaluate the quality traits of a new rice variety JiJing 112. [Method] The breeding of JiJing 112 was introduced and its characteristics were evaluated. The yield, resistance and quality of this variety were analyzed. [Result] The advantages of Jijian 112 showed as follows: (1) High-yielding and provincial regional experiment and production test increased 4.5% and 5.2% respectively on average compared with the control; (4) High-quality and 4 of 12 indicators reached the first- , Comprehensive assessment of third-class edible rice varieties; ③ lodging resistance, filling speed, resistance to blast, wide adaptability. [Conclusion] Although the synthetical characters of JiJing 112 were better, the quality of rice did not reach the level 1 high quality rice standard of the state ministerial, which needs to be further improved.
