Since 1988, our department has conducted 33 cases of unilateral or bilateral breast benign lesions and precancerous lesions underwent subcutaneous full mastectomy and a silicone capsule breast augmentation surgery. According to the size of breast tissue and the shape of the breast, different incisions were selected, including a straight incision at the anterior tibial eminent, a vertical incision under the areola, and an arc incision at the lower areola.
