利妥昔单抗作为一种靶向治疗的免疫抑制药物,最初用于淋巴瘤的治疗,近年其用于风湿性疾病治疗也引起关注。本文综述利妥昔单抗治疗风湿性疾病的临床应用。
Rituximab as a targeted immunosuppressive drug, initially used for the treatment of lymphoma, its treatment of rheumatic diseases in recent years also cause for concern. This article reviews the clinical application of rituximab in the treatment of rheumatic diseases.
