为了分析摆动运动对涡轮增压器浮环轴承的影响,基于摩擦学,通过对涡轮增压器浮环轴承几何结构、运动形式、接触方式、受力与速度进行分析,推导出考虑摆动与旋转复合运动的浮环轴承组合磨损数学模型。基于此模型,讨论了摆动周期与摆动转速比对浮环轴承磨损量变化的影响,研究结果表明:浮环轴承磨损量随摆动周期的增大而减小,且减小率逐渐变小;浮环轴承磨损量随摆动转速比的增大而减小,且减小率逐渐增大。研究结果为浮环轴承理论计算提供了一定参考。
In order to analyze the influence of oscillatory motion on the floating ring bearing of turbocharger, based on the tribology, through the analysis of the geometry, movement form, contact mode, force and velocity of the turbocharger floating ring bearing, Combined Wear Mathematical Model of Compound Movement Floating Ring Bearing. Based on this model, the influence of the swinging period and the swinging speed ratio on the change of the wear amount of the floating ring bearing is discussed. The results show that the wear amount of the floating ring bearing decreases with the increase of the swinging period, and the decreasing rate becomes smaller. The wear amount of the ring bearing decreases with the increase of the rotational speed ratio, and the decreasing rate gradually increases. The results provide a reference for the theoretical calculation of the floating ring bearing.
