一、初步查询1.一旦出现明显指控,并属于附录1目录中的不端行为之列,那么必须通知有关研究所所长,也必须马上告诉负责该研究所的马普相关学部的副主任,必须书面通知;如果是口头形式,那么所长必须笔录下来。如出现特例,可以直接通知相关副主任,由他亲自决定研究所所长何时介入初步查询。2.如果根据所长和相关学部副主任所获得的信息,他们一致认为已出现对科学不端行为的明显指控,他们就必须通知行政管理信息总部的人事法律事务部门主任,让他或她及时了解查询的所有进展。也应在适当的时候通知研究
