［背景］探讨手术治疗先天性特发性眼球震颤治疗效果．［病例报告］采用 Ｐａｒｋｓ５－６－７－８法及其 改良术式治疗８例先天性特发性眼球震颤病人．结果，原在住眼球震颤消除或减轻，异常头位消除或明 显改善，视力提高．［讨论］手术是治疗先天性特发性眼球震颤的行之有效的治疗办法．
[Background] To explore the effect of surgical treatment of idiopathic nystagmus. [Case Report] 8 cases of congenital idiopathic nystagmus were treated with Parks 5-6-7-8 method and its modified technique. As a result, the original reduction or reduction of living nystagmus, abnormal head eliminate or significantly improved vision improved. [Discussion] Surgery is an effective treatment for congenital idiopathic nystagmus.
