我们应用Fourier分析的方法,对20例正常人和29例患者的TCD血流速度包络线进行了分析。发现脑动脉硬化组各级Fourier系数之和FP明显高于对照组,在Fourier系数频谱图上FP1、FP2较对照组升高,FP3~FP6较对照组降低,FP7~FP9无区别;偏头痛组Fourier系数与对照组无差异。在对血中CO2分压的反应性上.发现动脉硬化组FP上升较低,主要为FP2~FP4上升不够;而偏头痛组FP上升较多,主要为FP1~FP4以及FP8上升较高。通过Fourier分析,我们可以把脑动脉硬化和偏头痛分别与对照组区别开来,并且能够说明在脑动脉硬化时脑血管舒缩功能的储备情况。
We applied the method of Fourier analysis to analyze TCD blood flow velocity envelope of 20 normal subjects and 29 patients. It was found that the sum of the Fourier coefficients of cerebral arteriosclerosis at all levels was significantly higher than that of the control group. FP1 and FP2 in the Fourier coefficient spectrum were higher than those in the control group, FP3 ~ FP6 were lower than those in the control group, and FP7 ~ FP9 were not different. Fourier coefficient and control group no difference. In response to the partial pressure of CO2 in the blood, we found that FP in atherosclerosis group was lower than that in FP2-FP4 group, while FP in migraine group was higher than that in FP1-FP4 group and FP8 group. By Fourier analysis, we can separate cerebral arteriosclerosis and migraine from the control group separately, and we can show the reserve of cerebral vasomotor function in cerebral arteriosclerosis.
