目的探讨膀胱阴道瘘的诊断、治疗和预防方法。方法回顾性分析15例膀胱阴道瘘患者的病因、临床表现、手术方法、治疗效果。结果妇科手术所致膀胱阴道瘘占75%,早期手术与晚期手术效果无差别。结论妇科手术所致膀胱阴道瘘最多见,膀胱阴道瘘的手术时机和途径的选择要因手术者或患者而异。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of vesicovaginal fistula. Methods Retrospective analysis of 15 cases of vesicovaginal fistula etiology, clinical manifestations, surgical methods, treatment effect. Results Gynecological surgery caused by vesico-vaginal fistula accounted for 75%, no difference between early surgery and late surgery. Conclusions Gynecological surgery is the most common cause of vesico-vaginal fistula. Cholecystectomy of vesico-vaginal fistula may be due to surgery or patient selection.
