从单纯国内的农产品价格周期波动本不会引发持续通货膨胀,但由于进出口以及国际资本流入等国际传导因素的存在,会增大国内主要食用农产品价格的波动幅度和波动风险。为此,应在优化农业结构和转换生产方式的同时,通过加强出口与资本控制等来隔离国际传导。
The cyclical fluctuations in the price of domestic agricultural products will not lead to sustained inflation. However, due to the existence of international transmission factors such as import, export and international capital inflows, the fluctuations in the prices of major domestic agricultural products and the risk of fluctuations will be increased. Therefore, we should isolate the international transmission by strengthening the export and capital controls while optimizing the agricultural structure and converting the mode of production.
