某热电厂新安装的3号锅炉,型号为:UG35—5.3/485—M3,江苏某锅炉设备安装公司负责安装,笔者单位负责监督检验,上述单位均有相应的资质。该炉验收前,安装单位和使用单位自己先行调试,之后邀请监检单位复查。安装单位和使用单位先进行安全阀排汽试验,在试验过程中,突然发生事故。1技术介绍经发生事故单位反映,当安全阀排汽后,发出“呼哧—呼哧”的响声,固定上端排汽管的横梁已弯曲。安全阀排汽安装结构如图1所示。
