目的探讨集中突击防盲中开展白内障人工晶体植入术的术前、术中、术后的初步经验。方法对2002年10~12月开展白内障突击复明手术564眼工作回顾性总结。结果564眼均有较好恢复,脱残率96.1%;脱盲率98.6%;人工晶体植入率99%。结论基层条件下组织准备充分,优化技术操作,在简单的条件下充分利用有限卫生资源,可让更多的白内障患者脱盲。
Objective To investigate the preliminary experience of preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation in preventing and treating blindness. Methods A retrospective review was made on 564 cases of cataract surgery in December 2002. Results 564 eyes were better recovery, 96.1% disability; blindness rate was 98.6%; intraocular lens implantation rate of 99%. Conclusion Under the grass-roots conditions, the organization is well prepared and the technical operation is optimized. Taking full advantage of the limited health resources under simple conditions, more cataract patients can become blind.
