鉴于细粒棘球绦虫(Echinococcusgranulosus 简称 Eg)原头蚴在流行病学与病原学方面具有重要意义(它进入终末宿主肠内可发育为成虫,在中间宿主体内一旦棘球蚴破裂或手术时囊液外溢,则每个原头蚴又可能形成一个新的蚴囊),因此有关原头蚴超微结构的研究已引起人们的重视。Morseth(1967)、Jha(1971)、Singh(1979)等曾应用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察了原头蚴的内部超微结构,迄今尚未见细粒棘球绦虫原头蚴外表微细结构的报导。现将我们在进行体外药物筛选时应用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察到的 Eg 原头蚴结果报导于下。

So far, there has been no report about the appearance and microstructure of protoscoleces of Echinococcus granulosus . The results of the Eg protothecae observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) in our in vitro drug screening are reported below.
