在对SECI知识转化模型研究的基础上,引入亚隐性知识的概念,提出改进的SECI模型。从知识社会化、外部化、组合化和内在化4个阶段系统分析知识转化过程对企业核心竞争力提升的动态作用机制,构建在知识转化作用下企业核心竞争力提升的螺旋模型,并从隐性知识到显性知识转化以及显性知识到隐性知识转化两个阶段分析知识转化对企业核心竞争提升的综合作用机制,以期为提升企业核心竞争力的研究提供新的研究思路。
Based on the research of SECI knowledge transformation model, the concept of sub-tacit knowledge is introduced and the improved SECI model is proposed. From the four stages of knowledge socialization, externalization, combination and internalization, this paper systematically analyzes the dynamic mechanism of knowledge transformation process on the enhancement of core competence of enterprises, constructs a spiral model of enhancing core competitiveness of enterprises under knowledge transformation, The transition from sexual knowledge to explicit knowledge and the transition from explicit knowledge to tacit knowledge are analyzed to analyze the comprehensive mechanism of knowledge transfer on the enhancement of core competition of enterprises so as to provide new research ideas for the research on enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.
