农民教育不同于普通教育，它培训面广，受教育人多，所以单靠在乡村农民文化技术学校办班授课，是远远满足不了广大农民的需求的。笔者在十余年农民教育的实践中认识到，搞农民教育，既要打“阵地战”，又要打“游击战”，除了利用农民文化技术学校这块阵地向农民传授农业科学
Farmers education differs from general education in that it has a wide range of training and a large number of educated people. Therefore, teaching in rural peasant culture and technology schools alone can not meet the needs of vast numbers of peasants. In more than ten years of peasant education, the author realizes that engaging peasants in education should not only fight “positional warfare” but also fight “guerrilla warfare”, in addition to using the peasant culture and technology school to teach agricultural science
