目的:探讨不同X线成像及拼接方法对下肢径线/角度数据采集的客观性。方法:分别采用分段移动球管及固定球管投射点的方式获取下肢X线影像进行拼接,并基于此作下肢径线/角度数据的测量,与CT三维重建所得真实数据作比较而衡量其偏差。结果:分段移动球管投射法摄片因投射角度的变化使分段照片间缺乏良好拼接,固定球管投射摄片法分段照片间可良好拼接。对于径线的长度测量,分段移动法致成像边缘变形、放大较小,所得数值均较接近真实值;对于涉及到肢体全长所作的角度测量项目,则球管固定摄片法使段照片间可良好拼接,减少人为误差,接近真实值。结论:因应测量数据的不同选用不同的摄片方法,充分利用各自的优势,可更客观地完成临床影像资料评估。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the objectivity of different X-ray imaging and splicing methods for data acquisition of lower extremity radial / angle. Methods: X-ray images of lower extremities were obtained by using segmented moving ball tubes and fixed ball projection points, respectively. Based on this, X-ray images of lower extremities were measured and compared with the real data obtained from three-dimensional CT reconstruction deviation. Results: The segmented moving tube projection radiograph failed to make good splicing between the segmented photos because of the change of projection angle. For the measurement of the length of the radial line, the segmented moving method causes the deformation of the imaging edge to be smaller, and the obtained values are closer to the true values. For the angle measurement items related to the full length of the limb, the fixed- Between good splicing, reduce human error, close to the true value. Conclusion: Different imaging methods are chosen according to different measurement data, and the advantages of each method are fully utilized to evaluate the clinical imaging data more objectively.
