Rights 1. Right to receive appropriate treatment and care given by qualified medical personnel. 2. The right to know the identity, professional status and division of labor in the medical plan of all relevant medical personnel. 3. Have the right to understand and accept free medical and health services that the hospital may provide. 4. Have the right to be diagnosed and treated in a timely manner; especially in emergency situations.
