目的观察改善治疗环境及预见性护理在下肢骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法选取医院收治的下肢骨折患者100例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施改善治疗环境及预见性护理。观察2组患者并发症发生情况。结果观察组并发症发生率为8.0%,低于对照组的26.0%(P<0.05)。结论改善治疗环境及预见性护理对下肢骨折患者的康复及生活质量的提高有应用价值。
Objective To observe the effect of improving the treatment environment and predictive nursing in the treatment of lower extremity fractures. Methods 100 cases of lower extremity fracture treated in hospital were selected as research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Control group to implement routine care, observation group implementation of improved treatment environment and predictive care. The complications of two groups were observed. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.0%, which was lower than that in the control group (26.0%, P <0.05). Conclusion Improving the treatment environment and predictive care have application value in the rehabilitation of patients with lower extremity fractures and the improvement of quality of life.
