写在前面的交代2006年9月,全国第八届小提琴比赛在青岛举行。备受业界关注的上海音乐学院附中的方蕾老师就有多名学生顺利地通过了初赛、复赛,成功闯入决赛。这个年轻教师的名字,因此格外引人关注。采访到她时,她淡淡一笑说:“是评委们给我面子,学生们表现不错,发挥的比较正常。”再谈下去,她说:“我们学校的老师都挺不错的。真的,好老师很多,大家可能还了解的不够。”一个月后记者在上海见到本刊编委丁芷诺教授,谈到上音附中弦乐教学的成就。丁教授说,“方蕾没有说错。上海音乐学院附中近年来在国内、国际的诸多比赛中屡屡取得骄人成绩。上音附中已经形成了一个很不错的中青年教师团队,你们应该介绍一下。”又一个月后,丁老师给本刊发来了一组文章。原来她把介绍上音附中中青年教师团队的事情当作了自己的份内工作。她组织自己的部分研究生,代本刊记者逐个采访了上音附中弦乐教研室。拿到这组文章的次日清晨,本刊接到一位读者的来电,说他12岁的孩子07年准备报考音乐学院附中的小提琴专业,希望给他些建议,是考中央音乐学院好,还是上海音乐学院好?这真让我们为难了。负责任地说,这两个学校都是中国最好的学校,都有最好的小提琴老师。于是,我们萌发了在2007年的第一期,把上海音乐学院丁芷诺教授的几位研究生撰写的专访文章,和本刊记者采写的一组中央音乐学院附中弦乐教研室的文章,合并在一起刊发。希望这两组文章,对这两个学校的中青年教师们,表达我们的敬意;也能帮助读者对我们国家顶级音乐院校附中的弦乐师资的状况有所了解,在高考报名时候,能有所参考。我们带着读者们的期许,走近了这些工作在我国专业音乐教育学院附中的园丁们,他们各个优秀、各个可爱,各具特色。在这里,要特别感谢上海音乐学院丁芷诺教授以及她的四名研究生:胡静、李艺、马岩和温德经为本刊提供基础采访。请随我们的记者以及上海音乐学院研究生们的笔触,接近他们,走近这些可爱的园丁们吧!记者凌紫
