对离合器式螺旋压力机的力能关系进行系统分析,以阐明其打击特性,进而建立了压力机打击力与工件变形功之间的数学模型。在有限元通用软件的基础上,应用所建立的数学模型对离合器式螺旋压力机上进行的IN718盘件模锻过程进行了有限元数值模拟,并与相关试验结果进行了对比。结果表明,所建立的模型可精确描述离合器式螺旋压力机在锻造过程中的运动学和力能特性,可精确预测锻件变形工艺力、变形功及压力机的打击力,为科学制定此类设备上的锻造工艺和有效控制锻件质量奠定了一定的基础。
The relationship between force and energy of the clutch type screw press is systematically analyzed to clarify its striking characteristics, and then a mathematical model between the striking force of the press and the work force of the workpiece is established. Based on the finite element general software, the finite element numerical simulation of IN718 plate forging process on the clutch screw press was carried out by using the established mathematical model, and compared with the related test results. The results show that the model can accurately describe the kinematics and force characteristics of the clutch screw press during forging process, and can accurately predict forging deformation of the forging force, deformation work and the impact of the press, for the scientific development of such equipment On the forging process and effective control of forging quality has laid a certain foundation.
