随着我国城市现代化经济的迅速发展,新职业层出不穷。为了及时反映职业结构的新变化,上海已陆续推出了65个新职业标准,主要分布在高科技、服务、管理、创意设计、评估等领域。随着高科技、信息化、工业化的交相辉映,目前除已进入职业标准开发程序的65个新职业外,今后每年还将有四五十个新职业标准被开发出来。这为从业者提供了更多的择业空间。同时,随着新职业的出现,也加快了新一轮的职业培训热,这为从业者提高职业素质和技能提供了新的历史机遇。
With the rapid development of China's urban economy, new occupations are emerging in an endless stream. In order to timely reflect the new changes in the occupational structure, Shanghai has successively launched 65 new occupational standards, which are mainly distributed in the fields of high technology, service, management, creative design and assessment. With the combination of high technology, informatization and industrialization, currently there are 65 or more new occupational standards to be developed each year in addition to the 65 new occupations that have entered the professional standard development process. This provides practitioners with more career space. At the same time, with the advent of new occupations, a new round of vocational training has also been accelerated, which provides new historical opportunities for practitioners to improve their professional qualifications and skills.
