本文分析了非公有制企业党组织存在“真空化”问题的原因:非公有制企业中职工党员身份的两重性;非公有制企业中两套逻辑的冲突;非公有制企业中职业生涯与政治前途的分离;非公有制企业党组织功能定位不清;非公有制企业党组织在党的组织体制内真空化。只有把非公企业党建工作内部合理性和外部合理性统一起来才能使真空问题得到解决。
This paper analyzes the reasons for the existence of “vacuumization” in the party organizations of non-public-owned enterprises: the duality of the identity of workers and staff members in non-public-owned enterprises; the conflict of two sets of logic in non-public-owned enterprises; the separation of career and political future in non-public-owned enterprises ; The non-public-owned enterprises have unclear functional functions; the non-public-owned enterprises have been vacuumized within the party’s organizational structure. Only by unifying the internal rationality and external rationality of non-public enterprise party building work can the vacuum issue be solved.
