进入21世纪以来,我国各地建设的步伐不断加快,国家制定了一系列的措施,提倡以建设“节能型”及“绿色”的建筑为宗旨,降低损耗为目标的战略。而工程投资通过表决后,设计则成为了造价的决定性因素。据相关方面的数据统计,工程设计阶段对工程造价的影响达到了70%以上。所以,在工程设计时不仅要考虑项目的建造成本,同时还要考虑项目的全寿命周期成本。为了获得更高的投资效益及社会效益,加强设计阶段的造价管理则显得尤为重要。本文则从工程设计中造价管理的重要性及措施方面做了细致的分析。
Since the 21st century, the pace of construction throughout our country has been accelerating. The state has formulated a series of measures to promote the strategy of building a “energy-saving” and “green” architecture with the objective of reducing losses. After the project investment through the vote, the design has become the decisive factor in the cost. According to the relevant statistics, the impact of engineering design stage on project cost has reached more than 70%. Therefore, not only in the engineering design project to consider the cost of construction, but also to consider the life-cycle cost of the project. In order to obtain higher investment efficiency and social benefits, it is particularly important to strengthen the cost management during the design stage. This article analyzes carefully the importance and measures of cost management in engineering design.
