内浇外砌或内浇外挂的住宅施工过程中,现浇钢筋混凝土墙往往会出现裂缝,细的如头发丝,粗的象塑料线,多出现在门上部、电线插销处、接近外墙处。这是怎么回事?让我们从造成裂缝的原因说起吧!原因之一是热胀冷缩。混凝土也是热胀冷缩的物体,当温度由高变低时,冷缩使墙体产生拉力,而混凝土抵抗拉力的能力比抗压能力要小得多,于是墙体被拉开。这是产生裂缝的物理原因。由这种原因产生的裂缝叫温度裂缝。
