Q我儿子2岁1个月。因我和妻子都上班,无法照顾孩子,半年前,通过一家家政公司请了一个保姆(25岁)。商定由保姆负责照顾孩子,并做一部分家务。我们和保姆签了1年的合同。半个月前。保姆一个人带孩子在家,孩子从沙发背上摔下来,造成了右臂骨折,现在仍在治疗中。我认为这属于保姆失职,不知能不能要求保姆赔偿孩子的医疗费等相关费用?如果保姆没钱,能不能要求家政公司赔偿?
