实践教学是职业学校人才培养系统工程中的一个重要环节。实验室课余开放不仅对学生技能的掌握,而且对学生的创新意识、创新精神和开拓能力的培养具有重要意义。本文从实验室课余开放的管理制度,仪器设备的添置,实验室人员管理,以及教学方法的改变等几个方面介绍实验室课余开放的方法与对策。
Practical teaching is an important link in the system of personnel training in vocational schools. The opening of extra-curricular laboratories not only grasps the students ’skills, but also plays an important role in cultivating students’ innovative awareness, innovative spirit and pioneering ability. This article introduces the methods and countermeasures of opening after-class extra-curricular activities from the following aspects: the management system of laboratory extracurricular activities, the purchase of instruments and equipment, the management of laboratory staff, and the change of teaching methods.
