在北京昌平区前锋学校2007届高三(2)班的毕业合影上,李波(化名)是唯一缺席的人。这名刚满18岁的少年在距高考还有3个月时,从宿舍4楼跳下后严重摔伤。高考后,李波的家长将学校告上法庭,向学校追要儿子被扣押的私人日记。学校认为学生跳楼跟家长施压有关,家长认为与学校歧视制度有关。证据正是未公开的日记本。
Li Bo (not his real name) is the only person absent from the graduation photo of the 2007 Senior High School (2) class at Qianfeng School in Changping District, Beijing. This just turned 18-year-old teenager from the college entrance examination in 3 months, jumped from the quarters after a serious fall. After the college entrance examination, Li Bo’s parents brought the school to court and pursued a private diary with the elder son seized at the school.
