采用激光快速凝固在Cu-Mn二元合金中清楚地观察到了带状结构组织,通过对该组织结构特征及其转变条件的深入研究阐明了带状结构的形成机制。在扫描速度V=0.5m/s的条件下,实现了高速绝对稳定平界面生长,将实验确定的临界条件与M-S稳定性理论的预言值进行了对比研究,发现两者符合得很好。
The ribbon structure was clearly observed in the Cu-Mn binary alloy by laser rapid solidification. The formation mechanism of the ribbon structure was elucidated by further study of its structure and its transformation conditions. Under the conditions of scanning velocity V = 0.5m / s, the high-speed absolute stable interfacial growth was achieved. The experimental critical conditions were compared with the predictions of the M-S stability theory and the results were in good agreement.
