目的:建立测定水中丙稀醛和丁烯醛的顶空气相色谱(HS-GC)测定方法。方法:水中的微量丙稀醛和丁烯醛经顶空提取后,应用DB-624大口径毛细管色谱柱,采用程序升温方式进行GC分析,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果:丙烯醛、丁烯醛的线性范围为6.2~500μg/L,最低检出浓度分别为3.3μg/L和4.4μg/L,r≥0.9998,水样加标回收率为102.0%~106.5%,RSD为1.2%~3.9%。结论:方法操作简便、灵敏度高,适用于饮用水中丙稀醛和丁烯醛的检测。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of acrylamide and crotonaldehyde in water by headspace gas chromatography (HS-GC). Methods: The trace amounts of aldehydes and crotonaldehyde in water were extracted by headspace. The samples were analyzed by GC-DA method with DB-624 large-bore capillary column and qualitatively determined by retention time and quantified by external standard method. Results: The linear ranges of acrolein and crotonaldehyde ranged from 6.2 to 500 μg / L with the minimum detectable concentrations of 3.3 μg / L and 4.4 μg / L, respectively. The spiked recoveries for water samples ranged from 102.0% to 106.5% , RSD was 1.2% ~ 3.9%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and suitable for the determination of acrylamide and crotonaldehyde in drinking water.
