目的探讨同伴教育措施控制儿童青少年吸烟的效果。方法采取无记名问卷调查的方法,对某初级中学1742名学生吸烟同伴教育前后,吸烟危害知识知晓率和吸烟状况进行观察分析。结果该校同伴教育前学生尝试吸烟率43.63%,现在吸烟率24.91%。同伴教育活动前后吸烟危害知识知晓率分别为91.52%和96.78%。同伴教育活动后现在吸烟率降低到5.80%。结论同伴教育在控制儿童青少年吸烟方面具有明显的效果。
Objective To explore the effect of peer education on controlling smoking among children and adolescents. Methods By using the method of a secretarial questionnaire survey, the awareness rate of smoking knowledge and the smoking status of 1742 students in a middle school before and after smoking companion education were observed and analyzed. Results Before the school peer education students attempted smoking rate of 43.63%, now smoking rate of 24.91%. Before and after peer education, the awareness of smoking hazards were 91.52% and 96.78% respectively. After companion educational activities, the current smoking rate is reduced to 5.80%. Conclusions Peer education has significant effects in controlling smoking among children and adolescents.
