目的探讨埃本膦酸钠对肺癌细胞骨转移动物模型的干预作用。方法通过贴骨接种人小细胞肺癌H446细胞制作骨转移动物模型,皮下注射埃本膦酸钠干预,利用放射学检查及病理分析等手段观察埃本膦酸钠对肺癌细胞骨转移的干预效果。结果放射学检查显示裸鼠接种H446细胞后引起明显的肿瘤性骨损伤,骨病灶处的99Tcm-MDP放射性浓聚,肿瘤细胞大量侵袭至骨髓腔中。经埃本膦酸钠干预后,此骨损伤病程被明显抑制。结论埃本膦酸钠可明显地干预肿瘤细胞对骨的侵犯,减轻肿瘤引起的骨损伤,可作为一个治疗骨转移的选择药物。
Objective To investigate the intervention of ebindron sodium in lung cancer animal model of bone metastasis. Methods The model of bone metastasis was established by adhering human small cell lung cancer H446 cells to the bone metastasis animal model. The mice were injected subcutaneously with epibatidine sodium for intervention. Radiological examination and pathological analysis were used to observe the effect of ebosinate on the bone metastasis of lung cancer. Results Radiological examination showed that tumor-bearing bone injury was induced in H446 cells in nude mice. 99Tcm-MDP radioactive agglutination was observed in bone lesions and tumor cells were heavily invaded into the marrow cavity. Ebensin sodium intervention, the course of this bone injury was significantly inhibited. Conclusion Eppendronate can obviously interfere with the invasion of bone in tumor cells and reduce the bone damage caused by tumors, which can be used as a choice drug for bone metastasis.
