对化学镀钴磷合金层的高温耐磨性作了研究,结果表明,在300℃以上的磨损试验中,由于氧化作用随试验温度升高而加强,镀层磨损量随之降低.经600℃、1h热处理后,镀层磨损量有大幅度的增加.
The high temperature wear resistance of electroless cobalt-phosphorus alloy layer was studied. The results show that the wear amount of coating decreases with the increase of test temperature in the wear test above 300 ℃. After 600 ℃, 1h heat treatment, coating wear increased significantly.
