Yu-jiang 2 2 is a high-yielding, high-quality, disease-resistant and large-spike maize hybrid that has been widely applied and popularized in over 10 provinces and autonomous regions in China in the recent few years and has become a major cultivated variety in some provinces and autonomous regions. In this paper, the main characteristics of its characteristics, cultivation techniques, as well as large-scale application of a brief introduction. The successful industrialization development and utilization of this variety will not only help broaden germplasm resources but also promote the implementation of China’s seed programs
