在全球化大背景下,文化影响着国际商务交流中的方方面面。由于各个国家都存在文化上的差异,在商务交往中经常会遇到因为不了解彼此国家的文化而产生冲突。在本人实习的这段期间,本人深刻体会到了每个国家的不同文化对生意的影响。针对这个情况本人运用在嘉职院学习过的跨文化中了解到应当去深入了解各个国家的不同文化差异,探讨文化差异对商务沟通的重要性。本文从文化的定义入手,分析了文化差异产生的原因,并加以举例最后通过列举相应对策
In the global context, culture affects all aspects of international business exchanges. Due to the cultural differences in all countries, conflicts often occur in business exchanges because they do not understand each other’s country’s culture. During my internship, I deeply realized the impact of different cultures in each country on business. In view of this situation, I have learned from intercultural studies learned at Jia College of Vocational Education that I should deeply understand the different cultural differences in various countries and explore the importance of cultural differences in business communication. This article starts with the definition of culture, analyzes the causes of cultural differences, and gives examples to list the corresponding countermeasures
