Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of pre-treatment AIDS patients in Wenzhou from 2005 to 2013. Methods Using the national “Integrated AIDS Prevention and Control Information System - Antiviral Therapy Management” database to collect the basic information of patients receiving ART from 2005 to 2013, an Excel database was built and analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results 76.8% of 974 patients were male, with an average age of (44.639 ± 14.63) years old, with the largest number of patients aged 35 ~ 27.6%, local household registration of 77.0% and foreign registry of 23.0%. In 2009-2013, Accounting for the proportion of rising. The most common route of transmission was heterosexual transmission (70.3%). The proportion of homosexual transmission increased year by year in 2005-2013. More samples come from medical institutions, accounting for 63.2%. Before treatment, baseline CD4 + T lymphocytes averaged (172.16 ± 110.36) / μl, 20.1% of CD4 + T lymphocytes <50 cells / μl and CD4.7% CD4 + T lymphocytes <200 cells / μl. The clinical stage of patients before treatment showed that the proportion of stage Ⅰ from 2010 to 2013 showed an upward trend year by year and the proportion of stage Ⅳ showed a declining trend year by year. Conclusion The timing of antiretroviral therapy in Wenzhou is still relatively late, but gradually increased. Measures should be taken to detect and treat patients as soon as possible. At the same time, AIDS prevention and treatment should be emphasized on floating population and MSM.
