目的:了解急性重症胰腺炎患者血浆血栓素A2和前列环素变化与血小板数量的关系。方法:采用放免法对20例急性重症胰腺炎患者血浆血栓素A2和前列环素的稳定代谢产物血栓素B2和6-酮-前列腺素F1α进行动态检测。结果:治前血浆血栓素B2和血栓素B2/6-酮-前列腺素F1α比值均增高,治后逐渐降至正常。血小板的变化规律与之一致。结论:急性重症胰腺炎时血栓素A2及血栓素A2/前列环素比值增高可能是导致血小板数量减少的重要原因之一。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between plasma thromboxane A2 and prostacyclin and the number of platelets in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods: Thromboxane B2 and 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α, the stable metabolites of thromboxane A2 and prostacyclin in 20 patients with severe acute pancreatitis, were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: The pretreatment plasma thromboxane B2 and thromboxane B2 / 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α ratio increased, after treatment gradually reduced to normal. Platelet changes consistent with the law. Conclusion: Increased ratio of thromboxane A2 to thromboxan A2 / prostacyclin in acute severe pancreatitis may be one of the important reasons for the decrease of platelet count.
