1995年,山东省专业技术队伍总量为245.55万人。比1990年增长7.15％,年平均增长1.39％,“八五”期间的年增长率比1990年前8年均值下降2.09个百分点。
In 1995, the total number of professional technical teams in Shandong Province was 2,455,500. An increase of 7.15% over 1990 and an average annual increase of 1.39%. The annual growth rate during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period dropped by 2.09 percentage points from the average of the previous 8 years of 1990.
