本文提出对虚拟车削加工中物理信息的处理及其结果可视化的方法。采用一种改进的实体模型保存工件的物理信息,即在工件的实体数据中不仅包含工件的几何信息,而且包括虚拟加工时所必需的物理性质信息及工件加工后的误差信息,在此基础上提出了“拟实体”的概念。该方法实现了虚拟车削的高真感仿真,克服了以往的虚拟加工软件无工件物理信息和工件的成品信息的缺陷,增强了软件的沉浸感。
This paper presents a method of visualizing the physical information in virtual turning machining. An improved solid model preserves the physical information of the workpiece. That is, the physical data of the workpiece not only includes the geometry information of the workpiece, but also includes the physical property information necessary for the virtual processing and the error information after the workpiece is processed. Based on this, Put forward the concept of “quasi-entity”. The method realizes the high-real-life simulation of virtual turning, overcomes the defect that the virtual processing software has no physical information of the workpiece and the finished product information of the workpiece, and enhances the immersion of the software.
