“技术创新”是一个有特定含意的重要名词,它涵盖了创造和成果转化为现实生产力的全过程,是经济活力之源,也是企业生存和发展必由之路。 早在五、六十年前,美籍奥地利人、经济学家熊彼特最早提出技术创新的概念,并未引起世人重视。到八十年代才重提熊彼特及其技术创新理论。在我国,技术创新理论已经引起越来越多的人的重视和研究。
“Technological innovation” is an important term with a specific meaning. It covers the entire process of creating and transforming results into productive forces. It is the source of economic vitality and the only path that enterprises must survive and develop. As early as fifty or sixty years ago, the American-American Austrian economist Schumpeter first proposed the concept of technological innovation and did not draw the attention of the world. It was not until the 1980s that Schumpeter and his theory of technological innovation were brought up again. In China, the theory of technological innovation has attracted more and more people’s attention and research.
