虽然梯度功能材料的制备方法很多 ,但效率较高、成本较低、操作较简单的方法是离心铸造法。本文对离心铸造法制备梯度功能材料的发展过程、研究现状及今后研究的方向进行了综合评述。作者认为尽管目前离心铸造梯度功能材料已取得了一系列研究成果 ,但仍属于技术探索和经验积累的起步阶段 ,在离心力场中强化相的梯度分布理论、强化相在金属液凝固过程中的行为等很多方面尚有待于进行深入的研究。
Although there are many ways to make gradient functional materials, the method of centrifugal casting is more efficient, less costly and easier to operate. In this paper, the development process, research status and future research direction of gradient functional materials prepared by centrifugal casting are reviewed. The author believes that although a series of research achievements have been made in the centrifugal casting of graded functional materials, it is still in the initial stage of technological exploration and experience accumulation. The graded distribution theory of the phase in the centrifugal field strengthens the behavior of the phase in the solidification of molten metal And many other aspects yet to be in-depth study.
