首次从药用植物美丽乌头(Aconitum pulchellum)中分离得到两个内酯型降二萜生物碱,通过波谱分析,其中1个鉴定为异叶乌头碱(heteratisine,1),另1个鉴定为二乙酰异叶乌头碱(diacetylheteratisine,2)。后者从自然界还是首次得到,其结构通过1的全乙酰化进一步得以确证。
Two lactone diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated from the medicinal plant Aconitum pulchellum for the first time. One of them was identified as heteratisine (1) by spectroscopic analysis and the other one was identified Is diacetylheteratisine (2). The latter was first obtained from nature and its structure was further confirmed by 1-acetylation.
