为进一步加强我国水球裁判员的赛区管理,切实抓好水球比赛的赛风赛纪,根据国家体育总局和游泳运动管理中心有关文件,特制定本规定。第一条:参加全国水球比赛的全体裁判员,均属国家体育总局游泳运动管理中心聘请的大会工作人员,必须以认真负责的态度,坚决执行“严肃、认真、公正、准确”的执行原则,尤其应把“公正”两字置于“执行原则”之首;
