通过加入不同量的镁元素,研究了镁在铝硅铜系ADC12压铸铝合金中的强化作用及强化机制。结果表明,当Mg含量小于1.0%时,ADC12合金的铸态和T6态强度均随Mg含量的增加而提高;而Mg含量高于1.0%时,合金的强度下降。该合金的强化机制主要为形成适量的Mg2Si强化相和细化共晶硅相并不偏聚;过量镁则形成较多的Mg2Si相偏聚于晶界,导致其强度降低。
By adding different amounts of magnesium, the strengthening effect and strengthening mechanism of magnesium in aluminum-copper-copper ADC12 die-casting aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that when the content of Mg is less than 1.0%, the strength of as-cast and T6 states of ADC12 alloy increases with the increase of Mg content. When the content of Mg exceeds 1.0%, the strength of alloy decreases. The strengthening mechanism of the alloy is mainly that the formation of the proper amount of Mg2Si strengthening phase and the refinement of the eutectic silicon phase does not segregate; the excess magnesium forms more Mg2Si phase to segregate at the grain boundaries, resulting in the decrease of the strength.
